Accepting network and location invites
Whenever a user profile is created for a network or location, the authenticated account associated with that profile’s email address receives an invitation via the authentication workflow.
Click the “Manage Invites” link on the authentication workflow to be redirected to a screen that contains any/all invites you have not accepted
If there are pending invites, those invites will appear in a list that say the name of the location and/or the name of the network you have been invited to along with an “Accept” button
Selecting “Join” causes the invite to be accepted, and the accepted network and/or location will now appear as an option when signing in or clicking “Switch profiles” on the application’s side navigation
Click “Next” *Note: If an administrator has not created a profile for you, a message appears that asks you to contact your admin to have a profile created before you proceed
If there are no pending invites / all invites have been accepted, the screen reads “You have no pending invitations.” To view your accepted invitations click the link “Show accepted invitations” where you can reject your invitations
Congratulations! You should now have access to your profiles at networks and/or locations.
