Assigning categories to users

 
 

To assign a category to a user’s location profile, you have to first create your categories, which can be found here.

A user’s location profile can be assigned to multiple categories. This allows organizations to associate question alerts with the profiles that have been assigned to a category.

  1. To assign a category to a user profile, you need to either create a new user profile or edit an existing user profile. Instructions to create user profiles can be found on the User Guides page.

  2. Once in the user profile form, click “Assign groups & Categories

3. Choose the categories you want to assign to the user profile

4. Click “Create” or “Update” to save your changes
