Creating Location Admin
Rocket Rounding offers robust and flexible user profile permissions.
These give any network or location the ability to control the flow of rounding information such as who can create round data, who can view round data, and who can respond to round data. The Location admin permission is one of the most important permissions on the platform. Location admin manage other admin, rounders, and viewers. They also manage groups, subjects, categories, and surveys.
To create a Location Admin:
1. Select “Location profiles” from the side navigation. This opens a list view of Location profiles for the active location. *Please note the location must be “active” for profiles to be added.
2. Click “+ Location profile” in the upper left corner
3. Add the full name and email
4. Click the “Location Admin” option
5. Click “Assign groups & categories” in the lower right corner. This assigns groups to the Location admin you are creating and allows them to quickly filter between assigned groups and the location’s groups
6. Choose as many groups as you would like to assign the location admin
7. Choose any categories you want to assign to the location admin. Note this is optional and only means the admin will show up in a list of potential user profiles that can receive alerts based on a question response that falls under the correct category in a survey
8. Click “Create” in the lower right corner to add the user profile to your location
